Incomplete URLs auto-match nearest list- Ex: http://stratalist.net/a becomes http://stratalist.net/lists/a5ysvqb1ozlp/

Add new database field for "private" or "public".
Default behavior for any NEWLY created list is "private" list
Add checkbox to top right corner of lists that is defaulted to "private" - [x] Private List (Does not appear in directory)
If List is "Private" then it does not show up in the user profile page (example: http://stratalist.net/profile/skimo/)
If List is "Public" then it does show up in the user profile page as one of their lists.
