Change to smallest gear on rear chain cassette and release brakes on rear wheel. Use the quick release on the rear wheel and take off bicycle Remove quick release by unscrewing the unlevered end and put aside. Put wheel on flat surface with the cassette facing up. Get a chain whip and a cassette removal tool. Wrap the chain around in a clockwise position. Using an adjustable wrench pull the tool anti-clockwise while keeping the whip in place. Insert cassette tool into the axle opening of the wheel. Once nut is removed, gently slide out cassette. Clean the cassette and get out your new rear wheel. Remove the nut from the new wheel and slide cassette on to frame as carefully as you pulled it out of the old wheel. Replace nut and tighten it, but do not over tighten it. Replace skewer on wheel. Put tire and tube back on bike and inflate a little to make sure you didn't pinch the tube. Put back on bike making sure it fits between the brake pads. Tighten brakes and skewer on bike.
