I also added in an Upcoming category that will be used to create the middle Coming in *Month* section. Posts for that need a video custom field for the Youtube URL and a month that will be displayed in the Coming In subheader. In case the post doesn’t have a video, it’ll use a featured image. Example post: http://thedigitalsynk.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=520&action=edit
Hi Noel,
Thanks! Hope you had a nice weekend too.
I’m almost ready to upload the theme in a few hours. One question Noel, is the server upgraded to PHP 5.5?
Hi Noel,
The website is ready: http://thedigitalsynk.com
404 sample: http://thedigitalsynk.com/404
News category: http://thedigitalsynk.com/category/news (shows 3 posts per page for a demo that pagination works)
I’m still looking to why the user pics/avatars won’t display in the course details page.
For the neoevents plugin, I won’t be modifying it so it stays generic and not “tied up” to this site.
Please let me know what you think.
Brux
Hi Brux, thanks! We’ll be looking and commenting here shortly.
Hi Noel,
Can you explain the “add featured images above the headline” bit please?
Did you mean a large hero image background?
Thanks
Hi Brux, thanks for asking. I’d like to have the ability to add logos above the Partners section through featured image function.

Hi Noel,
Ok added this. The partners section will be generated from posts under the Partners category (http://thedigitalsynk.com/wp-admin/edit.php?cat=15) I just used random photos as logos I hope that’s ok.
I also added in an Upcoming category that will be used to create the middle Coming in *Month* section. Please let me know what you think about the update.
Thanks,
